RemacReady Scholarship Terms

Effective date: October 26, 2026 · Last updated: October 26, 2026.

The short version: you must be 18+ and preparing for the NYC REMAC exam. One Scholar is chosen each month, at our discretion, for 3 months of free premium. No purchase necessary. Everyone who applies hears back by email.

1. The scholarship

The RemacReady Scholarship (the "Scholarship") is offered by Nightline Vending LLC, a New York limited liability company doing business as RemacReady ("RemacReady", "we"). In each monthly cycle we choose one applicant (the "Scholar") who receives 3 calendar months of free RemacReady premium. These terms add to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy; for the Scholarship, these terms apply if they conflict.

2. Who can apply

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must be preparing for the NYC REMAC exam.
  • You may apply once per cycle. One application per email address; sending the form again before the deadline replaces your earlier answers.
  • Employees and contractors of RemacReady, and their immediate family, are not eligible.
  • The answers you give must be true and complete. We may disqualify an application, or end a Scholarship, if they are not.

3. No purchase necessary

You do not need to buy anything, hold an account, or have a paid plan to apply, and applying does not improve or reduce your chances of being chosen. Applying does not create an account.

4. How the Scholar is chosen

  • Each monthly cycle has an opening date and a deadline, shown on the Scholarship page. Applications after the deadline are not considered for that cycle.
  • We choose one Scholar per cycle, at our sole discretion. We do not have to choose anyone, and we do not have to explain a decision.
  • Everyone who applies is notified by email. A notification that you were not chosen is not a reflection on you; you may apply again in a later cycle.

5. What the Scholar receives

  • 3 calendar months of RemacReady premium, starting when the Scholar signs the Scholar Agreement (below).
  • The access has no cash value, cannot be transferred, exchanged or extended by the Scholar, and is not available as a refund.
  • Taxes, if any, on the value of the access are the Scholar's responsibility.

6. The Scholar Agreement

The selected Scholar is asked to sign a separate Scholar Agreement before the access starts. It sets out what is expected of the Scholar during the program, and the Scholar can read it first and may decline. We share its details with the Scholar when they are chosen. Free access is subject to that agreement and may end if it is not kept.

7. Your application data

We use what you submit to review applications, choose a Scholar, contact you about the Scholarship, keep records, prevent abuse, and, for the Scholar, run the program. We share applications only with the people who help us run the Scholarship and with our service providers (see the Privacy Policy).

Applications, whether or not you are chosen, may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to run the Scholarship and keep our records. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect.

8. Changes, ending the program and contact

We may change, pause or end the Scholarship or these terms at any time; a change does not take away access already granted to a Scholar who has signed. The Scholarship is void where prohibited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Questions: reach us through the contact form (choose “My account”) or, if you are signed in, Settings > Help.
