Terms of Use

These terms apply to the EMS Education website and its products, including RemacReady. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be 18 or older. The service is intended for certified EMS providers, including providers preparing for a credentialing exam. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity on your account. One account is for one person; do not share it.

The service is exam study material only. It is not medical advice, clinical guidance, or a substitute for your training, your agency's policies, or on-line medical control. Never use it to make decisions about real patients.

Our questions are written for practice; they are not real exam items and do not represent what any exam will ask.

Protocols, advisories and exam rules change, and our content may lag behind an update or contain mistakes. Always follow the current official protocols and confirm exam details with the official source.

If you think a question or explanation is wrong, tell us and we will review it.

We do not promise that using the service will help you pass any exam or obtain any credential. Your results depend on many things outside our control.

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, record, share or resell questions, explanations or other content;
• share your account or let others use it;
• try to break, overload or get around the security or limits of the service (for example the daily free Quick 10 limit);
• use the service for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

The questions, explanations, software and design are owned by EMS Education or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own study while your account is in good standing. Protocol documents cited in explanations belong to their publishers.

A free account includes one Quick 10 a day. Paid plans (Monthly $9.99, 90-Day Pass $24.99, Annual $44.99) open the other study modes. Prices in USD. Checkout is not open yet, and this page does not charge a card.

Billing, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be added here before checkout opens (TODO: legal). Any promotional free month offered for completing an optional survey will state its own conditions when offered.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, EMS Education is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any decision made using the service. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service, and we will give notice where we reasonably can.
