Referral Program Terms & Conditions

The RemacReady referral program (the "Program") is run by EMS Education. It lets account holders ("Referrers") share a personal link. People who sign up through it ("Friends") get a discount, and Referrers earn points they can trade for rewards. These terms add to our Terms of Use; if they conflict, these terms apply to the Program.

• You need an EMS Education account in good standing and must meet the Terms of Use age requirement.
• Employees and contractors of EMS Education may share links but do not earn rewards.
• We may change who is eligible, or end the Program, at any time (see "Changes").

• A Friend who opens a Referrer's link and creates a new account within 30 days gets 20% off their first RemacReady Premium purchase.
• The discount applies once, to the first purchase only, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so. It has no cash value.
• Existing accounts, and accounts created before the link was opened, do not qualify.

• Referrers earn 100 points when a referred Friend starts a paid RemacReady Premium subscription or pass. Free access, trials, promotional or complimentary access do not earn points.
• A Referrer's first successful referral also unlocks a $5 gift card at no point cost.
• You cannot refer yourself, a second account of yours, or someone who already has an account. Each person can be referred only once.
• If a purchase is refunded, charged back or found to break these terms, we may remove the related points or rewards.
• Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and end if your account is closed.

• Rewards are listed on your Referrals page with their point cost. Rewards are subject to availability and the catalog may change.
• Gift cards are available to US residents onlyand are sent by email to your account email, usually within a few business days. The gift card issuer's terms apply.
• Free months of Premium are added after any access you already have.
• If we cannot fulfil a reward, we will cancel it and return the points, or offer a reward of similar value.

Share your link with people you know. Do not:

• spam, buy ads on our brand name, or post the link on coupon or deal sites;
• create fake or duplicate accounts, or pay people to sign up;
• misrepresent RemacReady, EMS Education, or the discount.

We may withhold or remove points and rewards, void referrals, or remove someone from the Program if we reasonably believe these terms were broken.

When someone opens your link we store a click record (with a one-way hash of the network address, not the address itself) and a cookie for 30days so we can credit you. Referrers see a referred Friend's first name and last initial and whether they subscribed, never their email. See the Privacy Policy for more.

We may change or end the Program or these terms at any time; points already earned before a change will be honoured for at least 30 days unless they were earned against these terms.
